Join us under the trees, where the natural energy of the earth and sky engages deep healing and restoration. This hour-long outdoor yoga class is designed for those who spend their days in constant service to others—whether you're a caregiver, teacher, healthcare worker, or parent.
We’ll move through a full-body flow that gently strengthens and deeply stretches from head to toe. The pace of the class adapts to the energy and needs of those present, offering a personalized, grounding experience that releases the tension your body holds from stress, overwork, and daily demands.
Expect to leave feeling refreshed, aligned, and perfectly stretched—mind, body, and soul.

📷 20-Minute On-Field Yoga for Youth Athletes
I bring the session to your field or training location. This is typically a pre-practice session but can be a post as well.
Boost focus, prevent injuries, and prepare your team—mind and body—for practice or game time. Each session includes sport-specific stretches and breathwork tailored to your team’s unique physical demands, whether it’s baseball, soccer, football, or cheer to name a few.
In just 20 minutes, athletes increase flexibility, sharpen awareness of where their body is holding tension, and learn to use breath to reset their mindset. Coaches can count on a grounded, focused team—ready to train with purpose.

She has been a clinical RDH for 35 years. She is a lifelong yoga practitioner, Lynn became a certified yoga coach in 2020 and now teaches stress management, breathwork, and injury prevention to youth athletes, healthcare providers, and first responders.
