Yoga for Self Care & Special Moments

This personalized yoga session is designed to nourish your body, quiet your mind and realign your inner calm. Perfect gift for a busy caregiver, teacher, healthcare worker or someone simply in need of space to breathe. Book this session for yourself, gather your girls, your team or your circle. Every moment is worth making special!

Most have a location in mind and I bring to your chosen location. A class begins with grounding meditation and affirmation using essential oils. Yoga movements / class flow is based on our initial discovery Q&A ca. Below is example of self care flow.

  1. Seated upright/ sometimes reclined, we begin by affirmation and grounding meditation (5 -10 mins)
  2. Engage in soothing warming movements, use of props or blankets for lengthening stretches and exploration providing comfort. (30-40 mins)
  3. Wind down, meditation & relaxation. (10mins)

Essentials included: Mats/Blocks/Blankets/ Aeromatherapy
