Essential Oils and Thieves

If you’ve ever taken one of my yoga classes, you already know essential oils are my go-to. They’re how I begin to turn off the outside world and turn inward. My home is no different — there’s nothing better than walking into a space that feels warm, fresh, and soothing the moment you arrive. Thieves is an essential oil blend of clove bud,🍋 lemon peel, eucalyptus🌿, cinnamon bark oil and rosemary, warm, spicy and clean!

About five years ago, I started using Thieves, an essential oil based cleaner,, from Young Living and I truly wouldn’t use anything else to clean around my home and my yoga mat . A little goes a long way, which is one of the reasons I love it so much. For everyday cleaning on surfaces like mirrors, walls, countertops, tabletops, appliances, or even carpet spots,

I simply mix 1 capful with 2 cups of water And if you end up with a messy cooktop you don't want scratched, it works beautifully as a degreaser — just 1 capful to 4 cups of water. ,Preferably in a glass spray bottle which you can find at many home stores many places.

  • Formulated without:

  • Parabens, phthalates

  • Formaldehyde releasers

  • Petroleum

  • Synthetic fragrance

  • Triclosan

  • DEA, MEA, PEG

  • Dyes, GMOs, gluten

It’s multi-purpose, effective, and gentle, giving me peace of mind because I’m not surrounding myself with harsh chemicals. Each use costs about $0.86 per capful, which makes it just as practical as it is powerful. For me, it’s not just about cleaning — it’s about creating an environment that supports calm, clarity, and wellness from the moment I step inside.
